Mimì and Cocò are two twin rooms, but every guest makes them unique. Both rooms welcome you with a dark pink entrance and… surprise! From the sink. Don’t worry — the toilet and the spacious, comfortable shower have their own private space right next door. You then reach the sleeping area, bright and airy, which has preserved its original plasterwork.

A floor of hexagonal cement tiles is a nod to early twentieth-century Roman homes, while the soft pink ceiling — hovering like a cloud at sunset — enters into a pleasant dialogue with the colors below. The large king-size bed is there to give you all the rest you deserve, and the elegant sofa that completes the furnishings can become a third bed when needed.

The suite is an oasis of minimal elegance and tranquility. More secluded than the other rooms and the breakfast area, it is sheltered by internal-facing walls that make it particularly quiet. It is a true mini apartment arranged over two separate spaces: a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, and a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and walk-in wardrobe area. The colors here become bolder: deep green wraps around the bedroom, creating an intimate and immersive atmosphere. A space designed for a longer stay, with more freedom and more room to breathe — it also works well for families or groups of friends of up to 4 people, with the sofa converting into a bed.

It’s a little smaller, but no less comfortable for that! Here too you’ll find relaxing colors, contemporary style, innovative design, a fully equipped bathroom and a king-size bed. The ancient whitewashed walls, left intact in their original charm, give the room a gentle echo of the early twentieth century.
